When butchery is in your blood and you love to share the art and skills of butchery there is no better place to do it than locally at the Seymour Alternative Farming Expo. When Bob the Butcher decided it was time to retire it was an honour to be handed the opportunity to become the Seymour Expo Country Kitchen and Butchery Shop's new resident butcher.
